Sponsoring applicants for Regular Membership
- Be Sponsored by two OIYC Members (not member and spouse).
- Prospective member shall be introduced by sponsor at one Club function before proposal for membership.
- Sponsor obtains 'Membership Proposal' instructions from the Membership Secretary (Application form: see forms for download below).
- Return completed Membership Proposal with a check for the initiation fee and dues.
- One Sponsor or a member of the Board presents the Membership Proposal at a Meeting of the Board of Trustees who serve as the Membership Committee.
- The Board votes to accept the candidate.
- The applicant becomes a member at that time.
Sponsoring applicants for Junior Membership
- One OIYC Member Sponsor.
- Written recommendation of the training organization.
- Sponsor obtains 'Membership Proposal' instructions from the Membership Secretary (Application form: see forms for download below).
- Sponsor presents the Membership Proposal at a Meeting of the Board of Trustees who serve as the Membership Committee.
- Payment of Junior Membership Fees.
- Attendance at a Club Social Function is waived.
